SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship every order quickly, safely, and in full compliance with USPS and carrier guidelines for nail polish products. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Because nail polish is considered a flammable liquid, it must be shipped by ground transportation within the United States. We cannot offer air shipping, expedited express shipping, or international shipping for these products. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground based on destination and package size. Most orders within the continental U.S. arrive in 3–7 business days, though rural or remote locations may take slightly longer. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to weight, destination, and current carrier rates. We may provide free-shipping promotions on qualifying orders throughout the year. Each bottle is securely wrapped and cushioned to prevent breakage during transport. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on receiving a replacement. If a package appears lost or delayed, we recommend confirming the address on your order, checking with household members or neighbors, and reaching out to the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, please contact us and we will help investigate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package. Please verify your details carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love every polish you receive. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items. Unopened products in their original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us with your order number so our team can review and approve the request before the item is sent back. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will promptly replace the item or issue a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that items returned without prior authorization cannot be processed. If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment charges.
